how do you remove coffee stains from a Stanley Thermos?

Posted on May 29th, 2010 by admin in stanley works | 16 Comments »

I bring a Stanley thermos to work with me every day. In the morning I rinse it out with hot water and fill it with coffee. I stick it in the dishwasher sometimes but it has gotten very stained. How can I remove the stains?

Teapot, Thermos and Coffee Pot Stain Removal
To get stubborn tea stains off the inside of the pot (this works great for stainless steel and glass-lined thermoses and coffee pots too) , simply put a cup of bleach in the pot, and swirl around. You will see the stains disappear immediately. Wonderfully effortless, and leaves the pot sparkling clean – like new! Don’t forget to wash the pot before using! You can also try washing the dishes with white vinegar to get the stains out.:)

i work at Lehman Brothers and my brother works at Morgan Stanley, is this a dangerous info to reveal at work?

What’s the information? If it is privileged information, then yes, this can be a problem — you may not share privileged information with just anyone and if you do you run some serious risks — including losing your job and being subject to criminal charges. This topic is or should be covered very well when you are hired by a bank. D

Would you hire a financial advisor that works for Merill Lynch,UBS, Wells Fargo, Stanley Morgan Smith Barney?

Posted on May 16th, 2010 by admin in stanley works | 2 Comments »

I am trying to pick which brokerage to work for.

Q: "Why invest your money in something because an adviser told you to? If the advisor had a clue, he/she wouldn’t be an adivsor, they would be on a beach somewhere."

Most of those "on the beach" are there because they had a good financial advisor. Financial advisors do what they do because they love what they do and have a solid work ethic.

Does this guy make these asinine statements about physicians, attorneys, engineers, and scientists too?

That having been said, it sounds like you’re wanting to be an investment broker. If so, any of the household name wirehouses, including those you’ve listed, would be a good choice. You could choose a reputable local firm as well. If your desire is to engage in financial planning, wirehouses and brokerages are the last place you want to be. To become a truly comprehensive financial advisor or planner, you need to make your start in the insurance industry. Any major life carrier is a good choice. Companies that specialize in property & casualty products (home, auto, etc.) or engage in multilevel business models are typically a poor choice.

Who was Stanley Woodard and where was he born?

Posted on May 8th, 2010 by admin in stanley works | 1 Comment »

I have to do a project and all I can find is that Stanley Woodard works with NASA as an aerospace engineer. I need to know information about his childhood and his life. Thanks!

This tells about his work at NASA but does not indicate his birthplace.
